The formula is: students × €2 + teachers × MB of disk × €0.03. For example, a school with 500 students, 30 teachers, 100 MB per teacher = 500×2 + 30×100×0.03 = €1090/year. No hidden fees.

Annual. Payment is made before the school year starts (or pro-rated if you start mid-year).

The limit is set by the number of students, teachers and disk space agreed in your subscription. If you add more, a new price is calculated and a supplementary agreement is signed. We never block exams in the middle of the school year.

No. The demo is detailed enough for you to judge whether the platform fits your school's needs — we show real scenarios with actual exams, student profiles and teacher views.

The exam continues locally. Answers are auto-saved to the device on every keystroke and kept for up to 30 days. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the server. Even after an app crash or device restart, the student finds the exam exactly where they left it and can finish and submit it successfully.

Rich text with full formatting (bold, italic, lists, colours), mathematical formulas via LaTeX, embedded images (JPEG/PNG/GIF) and PDF documents. Teachers use a visual editor — no code required. The same formatting works for student answers to open-ended questions.

Three types: Open (free text, graded by the teacher), Single choice (one correct answer among several options, auto-graded) and Multiple choice (several correct answers, auto-graded). A single test can combine all three types.

Yes. The teacher sees live who is where in the exam, who has submitted, who is having technical issues, and gets automatic notifications for suspicious activity (e.g. leaving the app). All activity is logged for later review.

Yes. Teachers can publish questions, tests and introductory content to a shared library. Colleagues can preview and copy them selectively — you can copy only the text without the images/PDFs, or the whole content. The copy becomes yours to freely edit.

Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and via the browser (web). Students can take exams on phone, tablet or computer — based on what the school has available. Teacher panels work identically across all platforms. One username, same data.

Yes. Every user can export their own data and request account deletion themselves — without going through an administrator. All sensitive actions (login, grade edits, exports) are recorded in an audit log. Data is stored only in the EU.

The whole database is backed up automatically every day (AES256-encrypted). We keep 7 daily + 4 weekly + 12 monthly backups — up to 12 months retention. Backups are kept separately from the production environment and can be restored on demand.

Yes. We support per-school IP whitelisting — students can only log in and take exams from the school network. This prevents taking exams from home or remotely. The whitelist is configured from the admin panel and can be changed at any time.

Yes. Built-in chat with history, real time, and read receipts. The teacher can answer questions individually or in groups. All communication stays inside the platform — no need for external messengers. Chat is disabled during exams.

The server side is updated on a schedule — usually outside school hours, with no service interruption (atomic deployments with auto-rollback on failure). Client apps update automatically via the respective stores (Google Play, App Store), and the desktop versions have built-in notifications for new versions.
