Jeder Lehrer erstellt eine Bibliothek mit offenen, Single-Choice- und Multiple-Choice-Fragen. Die Plattform unterstützt bis zu 10 Antwortoptionen für den zweiten und dritten Typ, sowie das Anhängen von Bildern oder PDF-Dateien an jede Frage.

3 Fragentypen

1. open answerFree text with rich formatting and formula support; the teacher grades each student's answer manually.
2. single choiceOne correct answer out of up to 10 options; the system grades automatically.
3. multiple choiceSeveral correct answers out of up to 10 options; the system automatically calculates a proportional share of points based on correct and incorrect selections.

Created questions can be reused across multiple tests, and ready-made tests can be applied to exams across different classes. Teachers are free to schedule an unlimited number of exams for specific dates and times, selecting which students take part. The platform ensures that students have no access to questions outside the exam window, which guarantees fairness and transparency.

The system can present questions and answers in a different order for each student, which prevents cheating. Questions are organised into thematic groups, making it easier to create a structured and focused test. Automated grading drastically reduces the time and resources needed to mark tests.

Tests zu erstellen ist schnell und intuitiv. Lehrer können bestehende Fragen aus ihrer Bibliothek nutzen oder neue, auf den Stoff zugeschnittene Fragen hinzufügen. Jeder Test lässt sich mit verschiedenen Fragentypen auf die Bedürfnisse der Schüler abstimmen.

Drei Schritte

The same test can be scheduled across different classes and school years — review the statistics, refine per class, and maintain a hierarchy of tests by difficulty.

Teachers can structure questions thematically to ensure a logical sequence and a clear learning focus. The platform offers a pre-publish preview so the formatting and content are correct. Extra options, such as a maximum solving time, make it easier to keep the exam under control.

Once created, tests can be reused, saving significant time. This is especially useful for teachers working with several classes or student groups.

Die Plattform bietet eine intuitive Oberfläche zum Planen von Prüfungen. Lehrer wählen konkrete Daten und Zeiten passend zum Stundenplan und legen fest, welche Schüler teilnehmen. Der Prozess ist optimiert und erfordert minimalen Zeitaufwand.

Sicherheit und Kontrolle

2. protectionThe test can be restricted to the school network only, and questions and answers are presented in a different order for each student.
3. live monitoringThe teacher sees each student's activity in real time, and any violation is recorded instantly.

One click → the whole class sees the exam in their personal calendar, with title, duration and type.

Exams can be personalised to the needs of the class or specific subject. Every student can track upcoming exams in their personal profile, and on scheduling a new exam they receive an in-app notification — eliminating the risk of missed information.

Security of the exam process is guaranteed by restricting access to the test only within the scheduled time window. This creates equal conditions for all participants and prevents abuse.

During the exam the teacher monitors student activity in real time. The system records every exit from the application as a violation, marks it with the exact hour, minute and second, and after three such events automatically closes the test and submits the answers marked up to that point.

Automatische Bewertung — manuelle Anpassung

Direkt nach Prüfungsende schließt der Lehrer die Prüfung ab und beginnt mit der manuellen Bewertung der offenen Fragen. Anschließend erhält jeder Schüler persönlichen Zugang zu seinem Test. Basierend auf den bewerteten Tests erstellt das System eine detaillierte Statistik — Durchschnittsnote, Rangliste der Fragen nach Richtig-/Falschquote und Schwierigkeitsanalyse nach thematischen Gruppen.

3. thematic difficultyA comparative analysis of question difficulty by thematic group — the teacher understands which sections need more hours, which exercises work, and how to structure the next exam.

Test results are generated automatically, which greatly simplifies the grading process. Teachers can see students' overall performance as well as a detailed breakdown of answers per question. This allows quick analysis of performance.

The platform provides easy access to data from past exams, helping teachers analyse student performance, track progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt future teaching to the needs of the specific class.

All data and analyses can be exported to PDF or printed — as well as sent by email or shared with other platform users (parents, school management, or fellow teachers). This turns the exam from a one-off event into a lasting document that supports long-term tracking of the learning process and objective communication with all stakeholders.
