What you get

Questions with mathematical formulas

Write formulas directly into the question and into the expected answer — previewed live, without leaving the editor. Ideal for maths, physics and chemistry. Attach an image or a PDF too, if you need one.

Three kinds of question

Open answer — for workings, proofs and essays. One correct answer out of several — for a quick check. Several correct answers — for nuanced questions with more than one valid option.

Reusable test templates

You group questions into sections (“Theory” and “Practice”, say). Each section can carry an introduction. The template serves many exams without repeating the work.

You see everything live

During the exam you have an invigilation board — which student is active, which question they are on, whether they left the app, whether anything looks suspicious. All in one place, without walking the rows.

Closed questions mark themselves

The moment a paper is submitted, the system works out the points for the single- and multiple-answer questions. You concentrate on the open answers alone.

Marking against criteria

You define criteria (accuracy, completeness, originality) with weights. For each question you enter points per criterion and write a comment. The student sees in detail why they got that mark.

Statistics after the exam

Which question caught out the most students? How long does it take on average? What does the distribution of marks look like? Information you use to make the next exam better.

A chat with the student

A private conversation with one student — to discuss a mark, or a question before an exam. Chats stay in the history; you open and close them as needed.

You can work from your phone

Preparation usually happens on a laptop. But on exam day, when you need to walk between the desks, the invigilation board works perfectly well from a phone.

Study material

For each subject and class you can publish introductory material — text, formulas, images, PDF files. Students read it before the exam.

Scheduling an exam quickly

You pick a test template, the date, the time, the duration and the classes. Students are notified automatically. No manual announcements.

Forced end on a breach

If a student repeatedly leaves the app during an exam, you can end their paper by force. The action is recorded — for transparency towards the head teacher.

How the work looks

Morning: you check notifications, answer chats from students, look over the exams coming up this week.

Preparation: you write 20 questions into your own bank — 10 new and 10 from last year (they carry over between school years).

Grouping: in a test template you add the sections “Theory” and “Practice”. You put a short introduction on each.

Scheduling: date, time, 90 minutes, classes 7A and 7B. Optionally — locked to the school network.

Exam day: you open the invigilation board on your phone. You watch 30+ students at once while walking between the desks.

After the exam: the closed questions are already marked. You sit down to the open ones — with criteria and comments.
